Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation.

Cancellations must be received in writing (via email) at least two weeks in advance of the event. The following cancellations charges apply:

          * 4+ weeks notice:      Full refund

          * 2-4 weeks notice:    50% refund

          * 0-2 weeks notice:    No refund

COVID-19 exception: full refund will apply in case of inability to attend the summit due to COVID-19 travel restrictions changes within 0-4 weeks before the summit between countries. Written evidence will be necessary. This exception does not apply when attendee is sick with COVID-19 (or any other disease), but we encourage you to inform WFTO about the situation and it will be taken into consideration.

Amendments: WFTO reserves the right to modify the programme up to the day of the event. WFTO has put together a programme through extensive and on-going research in order to provide the most up-to-date and relevant topics for Fair Trade Enterprises and supporters. This means that the programme may change before the start of the Summit, which would be duly communicated. Other times it may be necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, to alter the programme, venue and/or speakers. Regrettably, this means no refunds or credit-notes can be issued in line with the cancellation policy.

Event cancellation: If unforeseen circumstances (e.g.: social restrictions due to COVID-19) cause WFTO to cancel the event all attendees will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund of tickets will be made. However, WFTO would accept no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred by delegates and guests.
